Announcing Certification to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001

With Health, Safety and Environment among our top priorities, our objective is clear - to protect our employees, customers, surrounding neighbourhood and control impact on environment.   Sperre Baltic is proud to announce that we are now certified compliant to the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System standard and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard.

Conducting our business responsibly means we strive to stay well ahead of what government agencies require. Our goal and our role in respect of the environment also include strong measures to avoid pollution and negative impact on our neighbourhood. We maintain strict and total control over all of our industrial wastes at our manufacturing site.

The company's Quality Management System for the Manufacturing of core intensive castings in grey and nodular cast iron for various industries applications has been certified as conforming to the ISO 9001 standard since January 2005. Environmental and Health and Safety Management Systems have also been implemented, and during the certification audit by DNV GL in August 2015, Sperre Baltic was also awarded with ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications >> Click here for certificates
